AGNISAR KRIYA (ACTIVATING THE DIGESTIVE FIRE OR CLEANING WITH THE ESSENCE OF FIRE)

Take a comfortable seated position.

breathe in deeply.

breathe out empty out the lungs as much as you can.

lean forward slightly straighten the elbows and move your chin to the chest.

contract and expand the abdominal muscle rapidly for as long as possible while holding the breath after breathing out.

perform this for as long as comfortable and then release the chin away from the chest and straighten the spine and take a slow and a deep breath in. this completes one round.

do not strain be comfortable.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: 

People suffering from high blood pressure,heart disease,acute duedenal or peptic ulcer,overactice thyroid o chronic diarrhea should not perform this kriya.

Women more than 3 months pregenant and during menstruation should not perform this kriya.
