The Maha Mrityunjaya mantra is a mantra for healing nurturing oneself and the world around us.

The powerful vibrations that it produces heals and nurtures one self and the environment one lives in.

It is considered the heart of the vedas. 

Its chanting awakens a healing force and this healing force covers the layers of our body, energy, mind. It strengthens our power of will, knoweldge and action. It gives rise to enthusiasm, courage and determination.

It awakens an internal healing force which attaracts nature's healing agents and thereby by converging these two creating an environment of powerful healing to take place.

It connects to the healer with in and helps us to receive full nourishment from food, herbs or any other discipline taken for our well being.

It strengthens what is strong within us thereby removing any kind of a weakness.

It is a very good mantra espicially who are in health profession coz it enables the health professional to heal himself
