Feel an object completely and then let go
This technique helps us to let go of the past.
Take an object that you can feel with all your senses for example a flower.
Begin to give all your attention to the flower. Begin to see it completely and then use al your senses to experience it.
See it and then feel it and then touch it keep on giving it complete attention.
Once this is done then begin to fell its presence with closed eyes and let your inner space become filled up the entire flower and keep on giving it all your atention.
The gently let the attention of the flower fade away and leave your inner space. Just let it go and disappeare. Keep on letting it move away from you attention
